A major relocation can be daunting. You literally cannot consider what you've never experienced. This means yo won't know what you need to consider about an area and what you should know to ask about. A Relocation Specialist will teach you about your new town, and help you think about things that a newcomer wouldn't possibly know about. Relocation Specialist are REALTORS®, but certified by the Canadian Employee Relocation Council with special training for domestic and international Relocation.
James and Nicole have first-hand domestic and international relocation experience, respectively.
James Hughes relocated to Cochrane, AB from Orangeville, Ontario in 2022. He was a REALTOR® in Ontario for 6 years before moving to Alberta. He traded in Real Estate all over southern Ontario, including towns like Orangeville, Brampton, Toronto, Milton, Guelph, Brantford, Newmarket, Cobourg, St. Catherine's, London, and many areas in Ontario. He's travelled to nearly every Province in Canada, coast-to-coast several times, and can relate to where your coming from. As a CERC® Certified Relocation Specialist, James knows what your concerns are, and will offer guidance and support and keep you on the right path to a low-stress relocation.
Nicole Graham was born in Scotland and has been travelling all over Canada and the world since 2017. In 2022, she became a permanent Canadian resident, but the journey to get to this point was not so simple. She learned the importance of extreme accuracy in navigating the government policies and paperwork. Her first-hand international relocation experience has given her invaluable life experience which will help her clients navigate these complexities, and offer the best chance of a seamless relocation into Canada. Nicole is an experienced REALTOR® and a CERC® Certified Relocation Specialist.
